12:00 UTC instead of "12:00 PM".
Useful for investors who want to track the exact timing for news item. Investors don't know what is the default timezone. Best solution is to allow investor to customize their favourite time zone. Otherwise, UTC should be used.
SAMPLE USE CASE:
- trying to correlate the news item with market movement to see if it's market-moving news
